Consent scope
By submitting a public StreamGate form, you confirm that StreamGate may process the data you provide for the purpose shown in that form.
- Email address, support message text, subscription choices, promo code, selected payment provider and technical request metadata may be processed.
- For payments, StreamGate may exchange payment identifiers, amount, currency, status and fiscalization metadata with the selected payment provider.
- For access recovery, StreamGate may process the email address and access-key recovery request details needed to verify and complete the request.
- For support, StreamGate may process the support message and reply to the mailbox you provide.
How consent is recorded
StreamGate records the form name, consent version, timestamp, domain, language, email address, IP address and user-agent so consent can be verified later.
You may withdraw consent or ask privacy questions through the support or contacts page. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed before the request.
